Shoppers are voicing their frustration due to a modification that led to items being listed as the wrong size.
This online marketplace has updated its size classifications for women's and children's garments without notifying every member regarding the update.

Many shoppers and sellers are expressing on platforms claiming that product pages now present an altered size classification than originally posted due to the recalibration.
Vinted explained the updated approach better aligns with similar services.
They have suggested members to review their products and manually change the size where appropriate, causing user dissatisfaction.
Measurement Approach Modifications
Earlier, the sizes had both a single numeric size and a letter, like S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter with a size spectrum such as S/UK 8-10.
For certain items, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size was formerly size 12 but currently displays as UK 16-18.

A fashion influencer, who produces content about larger sizing, said the change "makes both selling and buying harder".
"Few clothing companies classify XL as 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Stephanie Gallen, based in Glasgow, said garments she listed on Vinted with size 14 labels were appearing on the platform as larger sizing 20-22.
"Should someone sized 20-22 purchase these they will likely be quite upset," she stated.
Required Changes
Charlotte Lunn, located in England, stated she felt frustrated by the change as she had to manually change the sizes on "every single listing".
"For me this is particularly frustrating, as I'm chronically ill and platform income has been essential after experiencing income reduction," she stated.
Service Background
The app has more than 100 million users, with 18 million British users.
It has become a favored option compared to resale services such as eBay and Depop.
This is not the initial instance where an unanticipated change to the app has proved unpopular: previously, the service retracted a modification to its shipping options due to shopper criticism.
